Terms of Service
The terms for using Our I Do App and your shared wedding plan.
Effective 29 October 2026
About Our I Do App
Our I Do App is a digital wedding-planning service for couples. For questions about the service, your access or a purchase, contact [email protected].
These terms apply to your use of the planner. Purchases processed by Paddle are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for those purchases; the applicable seller and payment details appear at checkout and on your receipt. These terms do not replace Paddle's purchase terms or your statutory rights.
Your account and shared plan
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. One purchase provides one wedding plan for you and one linked partner. Each person signs in through their own account. Your linked partner can view and edit the shared plan, so invite only someone you want to have that access.
You remain responsible for your wedding bookings, supplier agreements and the accuracy of information you enter. The planner helps organise those arrangements; it does not book suppliers or make payments to them on your behalf.
Prices, payment and access
The planner is a one-off purchase, with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. The price offered to you, any launch discount, currency and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Keep your order confirmation and receipt.
Access is activated after successful payment confirmation. Your one-time purchase includes lifetime access to the shared planner for both linked partners, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
Complimentary gifts retain the access period offered with the gift. They do not include lifetime access unless you purchase it.
If a confirmed payment does not activate your access, email us with your purchase email and order reference. Never send passwords or full card details.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the content you add. You allow us and our service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the planner, sync your changes and share your plan with your linked partner. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Only add information and files you are entitled to use and share. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, share login credentials, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service or bypass its access controls. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about guests or suppliers.
Your purchase permits personal use of the planner for your wedding. It does not transfer ownership of the application or permit resale of access. You may export and share your own planning documents with people helping you organise your wedding.
Saving, availability and support
Wait for “Saved to cloud” before closing the planner or switching devices. Offline changes need a connection to sync. Clearing browser data before syncing may remove unsaved work. Keep exported backups of information important to you.
We work to keep the planner available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party outages can interrupt access. Email [email protected] for help. You can send a request at any time; replies are asynchronous and an immediate response is not guaranteed.
Refunds and consumer rights
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. Send your refund request within 15 calendar days of purchase, following our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This voluntary guarantee is additional to your legal rights and does not shorten any cancellation period or other remedy available under applicable law.
A full refund ends the corresponding paid access for both linked partners. A refund does not itself delete your account. Starting to use the planner or downloading your plan does not, by itself, waive your statutory rights.
Changes, suspension and ending access
We may update the service to improve it, fix faults or meet security and legal requirements. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting purchased access where practicable. Changes will not retrospectively increase the price you paid or remove rights that apply to your purchase.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a serious breach of these terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be needed to protect users or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
If we discontinue the paid service before your purchased access ends, we will give reasonable notice where possible, offer an opportunity to export your information and provide any refund or other remedy due under the circumstances and applicable law.
Deleting the owner's account removes the shared plan for both partners. Account deletion and refund requests are separate processes. Contact us before deletion if you need help exporting the plan.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights concerning a faulty or misdescribed service, fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in a competent court remain in place, including protections in your country of residence where applicable. These terms do not require you to give up those rights.
Updates to these terms
The effective date identifies this version. We will notify you of material changes affecting your existing paid access where required and provide reasonable notice where practicable. An update does not remove accrued rights or remedies relating to an earlier purchase.
